I am not sure if I should even give one star, but the manager who sold me my products did do everything in his power to fix my first issue when I purchased my washing machine/dryer back in May of this year. However, since then words cannot express the frustration. I had to reschedule a trip at the end of June so I could be at home to have a service repair person come fix a leak in my washing machine before it damaged my tile floors. Purchased a laptop last August. After going back and forth for almost a year someone finally called me back today genuinely trying to help.

My wife and I appied for credit got told that we could only get 900.00 credit max we already knew what couch we wanted to purchase it was a 2800.00 couch we paid 1842.00 that day they gave me reciepts (2) that each had 2 pieces of sectional couch one was paid off and other stated that 678.00 was paid in cash other and amount finaced was 968.00 the store was closing so it was rushed to finalize sale. I contacted customer service 4-5 times, between 8/8/21 - 8/9/21, concerning this emergency situation. Worst company ever encountered in my 58 years of life. In Feb 21, my 82 year old mother purchased a lift chair from Conn's. She had major major brain surgery in May 21; chair stopped working in July 21, had to wait 2 weeks for technician to come, had to wait 2 more weeks for part to arrive and technician to return on Friday, 8/6/21. I wish I would have read these review before purchasing from them. I went in looking to buy some nice furniture . When the salesman walked over to help me I started talking about the recliner sofa I was replacing. I told him I couldn't get the recliner sofa couch because the last one I had , I could feel the boards in between the seats when I laid on it . Some rep's are very customer savvy while others are very rude to customers and not helpful when it comes to the understanding of the bill. Ms. **** has been very helpful the past few times I had issues and had to send emails

On the day of delivery I was told that they were delivering a range and refrigerator which was wrong because I also purchased a couch, loveseat, coffee table and two end tables. Then they said that they did have all my items however the delivery guy asked me if I could put the loveseat together and when I said I didn't know how he rushed and put it together because he said they could only be at one location for a certain amount of time.
