I just bought it Refrigerator French door at Conns, i guess they are selling used items because after 5 month the refrigerators was broken down, stop working at night i supposed in the morning all my groceries was warm more the frozen groceries, it was in shock everything was ruined . If I could give ZERO stars I would!! By far the worst customer resolution/follow through I've ever experienced. They just don't care to make anything go well/right. Lots of lip service, no action. There were nice people along the way, but nice only goes so far when results aren't happening. If I put my long sob story out here, you wouldn't even believe it, that's how ridiculous this experience has been. "A" for kindness, "F" for results. So sad. :(

Conn's sold me damage appliances and the Conn's wouldn't take the Appliances back. The warehouse refused to pick it up. I been trying to reach someone about it. The washer isn't working. The washer and dryer is damaged and dented. Water leaking out the washer. I have to turn the water off. Conn's delivered this to me on September 11, 2021. I have many pictures.

Dishwasher has been broken for 3 weeks and they keep scheduling a technician and he never shows up. About ready to sue.

The first time I bought from Conn's everything was fine I paid it off early no problems. This last time was during the pandemic and I was trying to pay off my deal I couldn't even get a hold of anybody at their main office. The store I went to was no help at all. I was trying to pay it off and they couldn't get me a good payoff so I paid $700 which according to my calculations was about 15 or $20 more than what was due. They are a rip-off store.
