I have been waiting 18 days to install a dishwasher. No one at Conn's customer service telephone number or store phone number, or their installation vendor seems to have any clue to the order. I want to return the dishwasher now, but the delivery persons removed the dishwasher from the packaging box. when they delivered other appliances. I have never seen business does this poorly. This will likely be my last purchase from Conn's.. A very disappointed customer, brent ***** ******* *************

Most 'SORRY' low performance* inaccurate* unconcerning* rude* uncaring service people i have ever experieced and had with such a large furniture giant distributor-- I give this rating a BIG FAT F- very dissatisfied 🥺

They are a JOKE!!! their warranty is a JOKE!! It doesn't cover anything the sales people tell you in the store. Everything about this store is a CON!!! DO NOT get any credit from them nor buy any of their furniture!!!! They don't deserve any rating from me....

One star because ZERO isn't an option. I don't have bad credit and did not realize the Conn's specializes in taking advantage of people with poor credit. Last year (Aug 2020) our washer died. We are self-employed so our income varies wildly from week to week. This happened when we were between finishing out jobs so cash was low for us at the time. PurFirst, I was promised by a sales representative that if purchased yesterday it would be delivered today! Order hasn't even completed processing according to rep #2. So, when I advised of the situation and the fact that I have no refrigerator and I am dying here with my hangry kids and I'm told, "well, you can cancel it because we are unable to do anything else for you. I bought my fridgidaire double door refrigerator on 6/20/2021. Aug 31st I called my local Conn's to file a service for my fridge which absolutely had no power. We checked our outlets all in working conditions. The agent at Conn's explained to me that someone would come to fix it on 9/2/2021. Today is 9/2/2021 and I was informed by the warranty company that in fact no one is coming until 9/8/2021. My auto draft payment was successful and deducted from my bank account, yet I keep getting messages from them that my auto draft did not go through. I tried calling the number given in the message, for literally 30 minutes, I tried to reach someone, anyone, that could help me but the automated system just sends you from one recording to another.
