I brought a bed and mattress from Conn’s . The springs in my mattress is jabbing me in the back and the mattress is slanted. I can literally roll from one side down to the other . Before my warranty ended I filed a complaint and they had a company come out to take a few pictures of the mattress . Weeks later I had to follow up because I haven’t heard anything and found out that the claim was closed and considered no damage. I called back to have it reopened and was told that it would be . Purchased a LG WASHER with the 5 year warranty. It’s a joke. I’ve called several times. Keep getting excuses can’t fine parts to repair. As of today, washer down for 2 weeks. Keep getting same response.once they get your sale/money it’s like they don’t care about the customer. Gone to laundromat 6 times. I will never buy from conns again. Really disappointed. I’ve done business with conns for years. I’m now asking for a replacement washer, I don’t think it will happen. BUYER BEWARE!!!
