Bought a 55’ Nanocell tv, and not even a year later it has failed completely. Technicians have been out here 3 times, replaced motherboard and screen but it made no difference. Now, they are basically straight up violating their own contract because not only could they not fix it in the 3 piss poor attempts they made, they are sending a tech out for a 4th time just to do what’s already been done, aka replacing the screen and motherboard AGAIN. they know this tv needs to be exchanged and even according to their contract they ... read more

Bought a computer from Conns. The computer stopped working called the store they told me to bring it back to the store to get it fixed because it's still under warranty got to the store they tell me the person that works on computer just quit and i have to wait until they hire somebody. So i said i will just go get it fixed somewhere else and he told me if i do that my warranty will be void. So I'm stuck with a broke computer that i can't go get fixed

The representative was very professional knowledgeable and understanding of what we needed and she went beyond and above to see that we got the right appliance for our home thank you so very much.

Conn's has little respect for their customers. I had a very poor experience with a delivery and called to speak to a manager they did nothing about. I have done delivery work for Sears so I no how it goes. The driver block my number because he came up with problem so that he didn't have to do my delivery called a manager and they Didn't care. At the end of the day Conn's is use to dealing with the unfortunate people that's just happy to get approved but that's not my issue. So if your use to quality services don't go to Conn... read more

I purchased a Samsung fridge from t hi is store. Right away we were having problems with the ice maker. I called into the corporate office to informed them of the issue they told me I needed to reach out to the store then the store told me I needed to reach out to corporate. This went back-and-forth for three weeks. Four separate times I called asking for a supervisor I was told one would call me back I never received a call text or email.
