I am sooooo furious right now. I have been calling stopping by the store threatening not to pay no more until my problem gets solved. First of all I waited months for this table. and now I finally have it and nothing but problems. this would be their third time coming out for this table if they come because I can't get anyone to help my maybe if I get to the right person on the phone without having to get transferred to 50 people explaining my problem to get put on hold each time to speak to someone else so now a hour done p... read more

They are easy to work with although it's aggravating when you pick out something that's on the floor and go with the sales person to work up the contract, just to find out they don't have what you want at the warehouse and won't sell you the floor model. Other then that easy people to work with.

As a long-term customer who has spent over probably $20,000 I want to let you know that you’ve lost my business for good due to your online ordering process. I got online Friday night and ordered a TV and requested to pick it up from the store the next day I pay for it with my red cons card on line. the next day I called the store they refuse to let me pick the TV up they told me I had to wait an undisclosed amount of time for cons to call me before I could pick up the TV. I needed an electric dryer ASAP so I called Conn’s as I’d done business with them in the past and was very satisfied. I was told by the sales rep, on the phone, that it would cost $80 for delivery and installation, with no parts provided by Conn’s, and the old dryer would be taken away. When the dryer was delivered, the individual would refused to install the dryer using my parts and also refused to take the old dryer away. I should have refused delivery, but I really needed the dryer, two days after I’d purchased it online.... read more
