Horrible customer service!! Absolutely No Stars!!! Purchased a bedroom set from them on 06Nov21 and was promised that they would take away my mattress, box spring and bed frame. When they came to deliver on 07Nov21 - I was asked why stuff was still up and the delivery team said they do not take away anything. I was given about 5 minutes to dismantel my queen size bed set as they only had a 15 minute window to put together the new set I purchase. Great personal at store. He asked what I was interested in I told him what I was looking at we went from there. Very knowledgeable about all products. Very, Very kind. He listened to what I had to say and gave Very knowledgeable and professional answers. It's nice not to be over run with sales people. Thanks

Conns was a great place to shop. The staff were friendly and the manager helpful. I love my furniture! The guys who delivered and assembled my furniture were quick, friendly and professional!

Would be zero stars if I had the option. Purchased a refrigerator that stopped working and called for service (still under manufacturer warranty). 4 days later a "technician" named Ron showed up, opened doors and said he knew what the problem was and he'd have to order the part, it'd be NEXT week and it's gonna take 3-4 hours to fix. Next week comes he calls at 730 am to say he's coming between 2 and 4 (so now he'll be in my house till 5 or 8 pm based on his time to fix). 10/06/2021 I financed a washer and dryer set, dining room table and a refrigerator. I gave my current home address for billing purposes and told them I was moving but didn't have the date yet so we planned for me to come back and resign paperwork when I had all the details for the new house. I was told to expect a call to confirm delivery which was the Friday before my move date 10/22/2021 and it was the incorrect address who ever helped me put my work address as my home address.
