These guys are exactly what their name says, cons. Bought an 82 inch ******* TV on October 2nd, they delivered it on the 7th and it quit working on the 11th. I called them the next day and you cannot return stuff. You have to go through their no customer service service department. Well they will make you call the manufacturer, in this case *******, because conns does not and will not help you. After losing most of our furniture in Hurricane Ida we needed a new living room set to have somewhere to sit. October 9th after spending several hours in the store with a great sales person we financed the ******* ** ****** *********power headrest reclining sofa with itable in it. The set has the couch, love seat and chair. It was delivered on October 15th. Purchased a GE with the 5 year warranty. It’s a joke. I’ve called several times. Keep getting excuses can’t fine parts to repair. As of today, washer down for 2 weeks. Keep getting same response.once they get your sale/money it’s like they don’t care about the customer. Gone to laundromat 6 times. I will never buy from conns again. Really disappointed. I’ve done business with conns for years. I’m now asking for a replacement washer, I don’t think it will happen. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was approved for financing with Conns on 9/25. On that date I ordered a refrigerator, washer, dryer, box spring and mattress for my new home. On 9/26 I went to another store and realized that the mattress and box springs were cheaper so I changed my mind and called Conn's and said I no longer need the mattress and box spring. The rep Roxanne said when they deliver just refuse it and it will be sent back to their warehouse. I wish I could give zero stars. My business with this company is literally the biggest regret of my life. I went in to there store located in Florence, South Carolina, with my fiancé who had an open account already. Up until that point he had experienced no issues and felt comfortable continuing his business with them. I purchased enough furniture to come to $3,900. I opened my own account. He had paid off 70% of his previous purchase, and was told that he had an available balance to purchase more. So he did on his account. ... read more

I had an excellent purchasing experience with Conn's on Dowlen Road in Beaumont TX. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. The furniture I initially chose was not in stock and they worked with me to find a solution and to find furniture that will meet my needs and was in stock so I would not have to wait to receive it.

To this point Conn's h*** I attempted a purchase 4 weeks ago. Delivery date came and went and only days later did they inform me that they do not actually have the product but instead had to order it from manufacture. Turns out they have not ordered it. They also do not have any idea when they will be ordering it. Their practice per the store manager is to wait and batch orders. Until they have enough they wont be ordering it.
