We had the most pleasant experience with salesperson Kevin L****** at the willowbrook location. He was very knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and was NOT PUSHY OR AGGRESSIVE!? We love our purchase and will most definitely shop here again and recommend 100%

Don’t know where to begin on this review. Dryer didn’t work when installed. Installers said it was my breaker box. Called an electrician to fix my breaker box (on a new house that no one has ever lived in). Breaker box is fine. Called Conns and told them. They sent a repair tech who said the dryer needs to be switched out. 5 days and I don’t know how many hours and phone calls later, I’m still waiting for a dryer that works.
