Ordered a sectional and chair and ottoman on Oct 31 with delivery scheduled for 12 Nov. Got an email on 11 Nov to confirm someone would be home, when no one showed up by 6pm, I called and was told it wasn't scheduled until Saturday the 13th, I gave the lady my confirmation and email correspondence and was then hung up on. Called back immediately and was told by another associate that the pieces I ordered were not in stock and there was no delivery scheduled. They have the worst system I have ever seen and no one knows anything every time I call by some chance of luck on my 4th or 5th time being transferred from associate to associate and explaining the situation I get someone who actually knows how to look it up or even attempts to they tell me a initial date that it will be delivered nothing comes and then here comes the beginning of all the transferring again to get another initial delivery date so I say ok 10 days away from my delivery date I chat online with a associate Erik... read more

On 08/13/2021 a cash purchase was made and had to wait til 10/03/2021 for delivery. Order was canceled with no email, text or voicemail reached out to customer service several times in regards to check that l still haven't received feel like l'm being lied to over and over again about my funds being sent.
