I bought a 70” LG TV from Conn's online store (Ecommerce Sales) on November 26th. The only option online was for Store Pick-up. I picked up my TV from the Plano store on 15th street on the 27th evening. Ion 28th I unpacked to install, after mounting on the wall, I recognized the TV had a damaged screen. Conns is ruining my credit and refuses to return funds for a returned item. This summer I bought an air conditioner, it didn’t fit my window so I never even opened it and returned it. The team to install never performed any installation and cancelled their service order and gave me a receipt. Conns delivered a GE double oven for installation on 19 November for which we paid $3,300. We chose Conns because their AD promised delivery and installation the next day. We needed an oven for Thanksgiving as our oven is not working. The installers said they would install the Nxt business day (Monday). We agreed. They then changed it to After Thanksgiving. Conns is my go-to. I've had an account before. So when I needed couches I filled out an app online and woke up to a text from Armando the next morning. Went in and he had me informed an suggested best quality option for my situation. The delivery was on time and Juan and Chris were very courteous and helpful in putting in my couches. A few days later I wanted to add to the account and I was allowed to!! Tens all the way around!!
