We had a great experience at Conns buying our new tv. It was fast and very easy, delivery was free and they arrived within their time frame given.

Won’t honor settlements. Want you to pay first and they may or may not give you a receipt or say they never had an arrangement with you. Refuses to give you written confirmation or proof of such settlement.

Worst customer service experience. I paid in full and can’t get anyone to contact me about not having the furniture I paid for. Instead, I keep getting put into a customer queue and passed around. This is fraud.

We went into the store in Dallas and worked a deal for 4400.00. We were approved and about to sign paperwork. They wanted to charge a 150.00 delivery charge which I asked to be waved. Tanisha needed approval from a manager and said she had left for the day. I said we would leave them until approval could be done. Another so-called manager who COULDN'T approve the waver in the first place and condescendingly told me that not only wasn't he waving the 150.00 but intended to charge an additional 50.00 for delivery.
