From beginning to end the process was so easy! Our sales person was very helpful! The TV was delivered the next day at the exact time they said that it would be delivered. The gentlemen that delivered it were very polite.

They didn’t help me with my tv, not even a week they don’t care I Pay more than 2500.00

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Item was in stock. Exactly what I was looking for. Purchased within minutes and I was contacted within 2 hours for delivery; which was scheduled less than 24 hours after purchased. Great company!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS---I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CONNS AT ALL! STORE #094 MERCHANT ROW IN ARLINGTON TX IS THE WORST! I WENT AND GOT A TV BUNDLE WITH SURROUND SOUND.ID DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM BEFORE BUT IT WAS EARLY AN THE PURCHASE WAS SMALL,BUT ANYWAY,I PURCHASED A 70 IN TV WITH THE BIG SOUNDBAR.I DRIVE A SUV TO WHICH I HAD A CAR SEAT AND IT WAS ON THE BOTTOM.I DID SEE THE TV BEFORE I LEFT IT WAS OK BUT WHEN I GOT HOME IT WAS MESSED UP WHERE THEY LOADED THE SOUNDBAR BOX ON TOP OF IT.I CONTACTED THE STORE AS ... read more

Very upsade with customer service and the store reprensentatives. I dont know if this had happen to someone but after a purchase I was given a gift card for 200. I was not informed that the card had an expiration day and the reprensentatvies did not know that card was expired after they process the charge on it. They charged my gift card for 189.44 and when they tried to fill something in they tablet the rep said to me he was not able to proced with the sale due to card been expired.
