Everything was good up to the point of delivery my first delivery day they gave me a completely different time than they had in their system, I finally got my appliances two days later, but then they set up my washer band dryer with a stack kit and my dryer plug is not long enough so now I got to waste more time ordering a longer dryer cord because I looked in every store and they didn't have it. Very upsetting

Friendly helpful staff! Much more assistance available than any other store. Purchase was fast and effecient. Better prices than other stores in town.

My experience at Conns were great. All the Sales Associates were very nice,friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me time to browse around answered all questions I had. I definitely will be going back for other purchases.
