WORST business practices EVER! Save yourself a headache. We were misinformed and strong armed into delivery cost, and other fees that apparently didn’t have to occur. We were informed one week after signed contract that an out of state company would install the elliptical. Note we had to sign contracts three times due to representative’s mistakes. They don’t treat you right with extended warranty and my washer has a defect from day 1 . They don’t care about they loyal customers
