We have a $4000.00 limit at Conns. BUT Every time we try to shop there its like an ongoing con game! After 2 days of trying to buy a tv, we found an office chair we really liked.. Price CLEARLY says 319.99 After an hour of back and forth, it rang up 399.99...Management REFUSES to honor the VERY CLEARLY MARKED Price.. Their Excuse is it expired.. My experience was great! Had an issue after an online order didn't go through but was able to clear it up quickly and easily and still get the items I needed the next day. I will be back for sure!
Conn's Furniture in Tulsa, has terrible customer service! There motto is: once you buy it, your stuck with it! Despite how their policy reads to the contrary.

I went to Conn's on 11/28/21, to purchase a LG refrigerator and stove, i was told and on my invoice i have a delivery date of 12/21/21, on 12/20/21, i received a call to confirm my delivery on 12/21/21 between 10:15 -1:15, around 11:30 on 12/21/21 i receive a call from Rebecca saying one of my items was out of stock i tried to call her back at the phone number she left no one answer so i call the phone number where you confirm the delivery she told me that my stove was out of stock, i had taken the day off from work. so i ca... read more
