The sales rep at the store was very courteous and helpful. He never pushed anything on us and took his time with us. The delivery was within the timeframe given and the 2 guys were fast but friendly. My overall experience was awesome.

I think Conn's is VERY LUCKY to have Nakeida L. She is apparently the only employee at Conn's that is knowledgeable and cares enough to do her job !!! The rating that I give is for Conn's NOT Nakeida, she deserves a bonus !!! All the other employees that I spoke to or worked with were rude, inept and totally useless !!!!! I cannot stress enough what a true pleasure it was to FINALLY get to work with Nakeida!!! Conn's as a business will NEVER have my business !!!!!!

I have had Conn’s repair my Refrigerator several times since September 6th, I was without a refrigerator for several weeks waiting on parts. Finally fixed for it to only work properly for a couple of weeks. I had them come back out for same problem on November 29th service technician did nothing but thaw out my ice maker and leave. I can home to water all the the door b/c the ice maker is not freezing the water. Called them back on November 29th to submit a ticket for a replacement. can't get anyone to help me with my problem. For 11 months no one will call me back on repl acing my sofa and love seat. Worst company ever. no wonder they have 2+ rating. Never deal with them again. I hope they close all of their stores for good.

November 5th I order a GE freezer online from Conns, the site showed 1 in stock. Once sale had completed I received an email from Conns ecommerce that freezer was scheduled for delivery November 15th. That day came and nothing, no email, no call. So I called the ecommerce and after a long wait I was told my order number was wrong. Gave me a new # and said they were to deliver that night. Gave me the delivery department # to call.
