We bought washer and dryer,9/26/21 brand new, top quality, at the beginning they help you a lot, treat you nice until you buy something, and go through all these, when we used it and was not working right, the washer was shaking a lot and the dryer had a noise, call customer support,2 technicians came and checked it, but the 2nd one opened the washer and found out something was broken, the dryer's noise he couldn't find out what it was, talk to Samsung, said to send them back, they never came to get it, waiting for the 30 da... read more

Well when I came in store no one acknowledge me had to ask for assistance after a while almost didn't do business there
