When I went into the Orlando store, about six sales people were standing around chatting. I stood in the aisle staring at them for 5 minutes before someone came to help me. I told her we were looking for a ******* refrigerator in Tuscan stainless steel and she brought me to an ** refrigerator and a ******* gas range (I had also mentioned the matching electric range). She left to see if they had what we wanted in stock and came back saying they have it in Texas and I should go home and order it online. I went home & ordered t... read more

Recliner was delivered broken. Fast Furniture came to my home 7 times to fix and last reported REPLACE RECLINER to Conns. I contacted Division Manager, he issued a one time replacement to the store manager, Emerald,on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge. When I speak to Emerald he refers me to the customer service phone number to Start ALL OVER AGAIN with a Furniture repair request. I still have the text messages and all data backing up the valud replacement however, the store manager at store #9, Emerald, hangs up on me. They expect... read more

Horrible. 1st time going into that store. Had great deals. Figured I'd be paying monthly. I had no idea. Well I was told it was going to be 89.95 never said monthly or bi weekly. Well I looked on the loan site and saw thay it said 119.00 every 2 weeks. I'm not paying 240 bucks a month for a TV. Also had the sound bar bundle. They charged me separate and charged me the bundle by it self. Also got a clearance coffee table. Figures you know maybe 100 bucks or so. No full price 300 bucks after loan 8xx something dollars. Its simple, do not shop at Conns. Absolutely one of the worst stores. Over priced, interest rates are horrible, and they will definitely try to get over on you financially. The bottom of my list for purchasing electronics, furniture or appliances. Don’t shop at Conns
