Bought a Samsung dishwasher on 10/30/2021 got it delivered on 10/31/2021. Used it on 11/03/2021 for the first time and it stopped working half way and it was full of water would not drain. Called customer service the same day 11/03/2021 and took them almost a week for a technician to come and check out the dishwasher. Technician couldn’t find anything wrong from our side no plumbing issues. They delivered a new dishwasher 11/09/2021 it’s been working well until this past 2-3 days and it does the same thing it stops half way ... read more

It was Wonderful!! My washing machine was in stock & it was delivered the next day... Our whole shopping experience was absolutely marvelous!!! I will definitely refer our friends & family to shop at Conns!!!

Conns in Rocky Mount is the worst been lied to and not received my items will never shop there again

I would add a negative star if I could. Conns, your customer service is horrible. You guys just like to take peoples money once you have the money you could care less about the delivery. I bought furniture from your store it was supposed to be delivered a few days later, then that got rescheduled, then it got rescheduled again to today. I call the call center and they don’t even care. Then they tell me it’s out of stock. I’ve missed work for this delivery. I asked for a supervisor and I was told there weren’t any supervisors... read more
