I had a very good experience at Conn's. This my husband and I sixth time purchasing from Conn's.
We ordered a washer and dryer from Conns on Tuesday night and took delivery on Thursday well within the scheduled time. The installers handled our challenging install professionally and in good time.
Conns has excellent quality furniture. Very cordial and efficient. The delivery men was very professional and cordial. Timely delivery as promised.
Sales person lied to me about purchasing insurance for a TV. I mentioned I would be moving which is why I wasn’t really sure I wanted to purchase. He told me to get insurance it cover drops, crack, manufacture defects and if it can’t be repaired it would be replace free of charge. The TV fell and broke past the point of repair and for 3 days I’ve been getting the run around just to be told they do not cover it if it was dropped only manufacture defects. I had very great service, courteous friendly and efficient. I got my range next day delivery. It was a good experience with the delivery guys. They come in a 3 hr window , very neat , kind and caring. Install was over the top. Thank you Conns for a good product plus the service was superior. I would definitely recommend your store for home needs 1000%.

Conn's was a great experience. They have friendly service and knowledgeable staff. They even helped me measure the washer and dryer to make sure it fit perfectly in my home.

Never again buying from Conn's. Before buying sales team and everyone is so nice and helpful, but once you make your purchase they give zero cares about any complains, issues, or anything. It's like they don't care since they made their commission. Conn's hires a third party company to deliver and at the time of sale won't advice you. Third party won't be responsible or Conn's for any damages cause during the delivery to your property or the merchandise.
