I cannot believe the positive reviews that was posted when there are thousands of individuals like myself that was conn by this business. I like many wonder how this company is still in business. My mistake for not doing research before purchasing a mattress that was supposed to be great for my husbands issues with back issues. Was told that if i was not satisfied i would be able to return merchandise. Nothing they said while trying to get me to buy this over priced mattress was true. The store personal was ok, was able to find what I wanted. But when Conns delivered my purchase I was not happy at all. I bought a new refrigerator to replace a older unit. I am totally disabled I had to get on the ground to disconnect the water line of the older unit and also connect to ew refrigerator up to water as Conns will not do this work. My wife had to help pick me up off the floor. I am a veteran and I believe Conns should have taken my disability into account and preformed this work . Will I use Conns again I don'... read more

Great salesperson named Rome and love how much variety to pick for furniture, etc.
It was a good experience the salesman was knowledgeable about what we wanted will use conns again

I am very satisfied with the service, the only thing I am not happy about is the fact that I have to wait for another team to do the connection for the microwave and dishwasher. I had to pay $100.00 to a contractor to put up the microwave because it was inconvenient to wait until the 7th
I was well pleased with the Customer service I received when I entered the store and how knowledgeable the store clerks was about the products I needed to buy. He showed me all of my options of how to purchase my merchandise and made sure I could get it delivered as soon as possible. I really loved how I could track when my merchandise would be delivered and the call I received 10 minutes before they arrived. The delivery team was professional and installed in a timely manner. I am a very happy customer!
