I visited my location in the evening which happened to work out great since it was a little slow. I was greeted upon entry but not pressured like most salespeople act. I gave them my ideal furniture. They knew the sales floor well and showed me a few selections. They knew their products well and matched me to an item that I wanted. Having done business with Conn's before, I decided that I would give them some more business. I finally persuaded my mom to let me get her some new appliances and as soon as we entered, we were greeted properly. The team members were helpful and patient and when we came back the very next day, my mom picked out her things and we were heading home. Delivery was set for the next day and the guys even came earlier than expected. So far, everything is great.

I've been a Conn's for many years this experience with my washing machine was a little frustrating in the beginning but thank goodness you have some wonderful knowledgeable staff at the warehouse and delivery department the problem was corrected the same day and I receive my washing machine on time and installed. Delivery service is terrible. The appliance was unboxed before it got on the truck so when it was taken off a huge dent was found on the front of the appliance. After being after the allotted time window for delivery as well. I will not shop here again.
Excellent customer and sales experience. Product availability and delivery was awesome. Price points were on target or better than competitors
