VERY ******CUSTOMER! They could not delivery as promised & WILL NOT refund my money. I requested the refund Dec. 23rd after complete CRAZY run around of delivery, customer pick up, hours on the phone & standing in the office waiting for response. Manager promised to return my call in 30 minutes on Dec. 22nd & as of January 13th, I have NEVER heard from her! I went to her office & she refused to come & speak to me! Do not do business with this unethical, irresponsible company. I ordered an electric range online that was to be delivered on 12/31/21. When I called customer service that day to find if delivery was to be in the morning or afternoon I was informed that the day after order was placed Conn's changed the delivery to 1/14/22 communicated to me via email.
