Great customer service at Manhattan Blvd location. Salesperson was named Katlyn please make sure she is recognized as well as the gentlemen who delivered the matress within the time window and he was courteous as well

Your products, their availability and the staffs assistance was 5 star, but your delivery service was atrocious. They lied, deceive and are without a doubt the worst I have ever seen. I can not continue doing business with your company because of this service. They delivered your products and destroyed our floor.

I was very pleased with the whole experience with Conns. I was quickly approved and I got my delivery 2 days later due to the holiday. The delivery team came early and were very professional and quick with getting everything set up. I will definitely be doing service at this Conns location again.
