I made a purchase with conns in because we were told they’re doing a promotion and deferring their interest for 18 months. We aggressively paid on the account for a year. I went in to make a payment and noticed the $900 left to pay was now in the 4000’s. I called them and I was told my promotion had expired, it was 12 months instead of the 18. Buyer Beware! Conn's financing is 36% and delivery guys will leave your house a mess, scratching furniture, walls, streaks in carpet, dents in appliances, leave stands water in washer, leave doors off, trash in every room, all because they know nothing will happen to them especially if you get items off the floor or on sale. Conn's won't do Anything to help claims. They leave it the subcontractors who you can't get in touch with!

I ordered a refrigerator, paid cash, was given a delivery date of 24 days later. Received emails saying my order was coming. The day it was suppose to be delivered, no call why they didnt show up, I called and was told it was out of stock and it would be another month to get one! After they already had my money for a month.

Happy to share a 100 percent positive experience with Conn's Home Plus in Antioch , TN Store#184. We were greeted well, lots of positive energy. Team informed of availability and gave us space to shop. When we were ready, so was Conns team. We purchased washer & dryer . The store in Stafford/SugarLand have staff that are unethical, unprofessional, and lie to customers. They lie to make a sale and when you call to complain, they argue, yell and hang up on customers. The incident we had initially involved a female employee who was argumentative from the beginning instead of listening to our concerns. Very nice place to shop. I could gotten a desk cheaper but I would not have gotten the same customer service.
