I went to the er and my civil rights disrespected as the physician started praying out loud over me in my room as part of treatment without my consent I’ve complained but it’s not gone nowhere yet
My regular doctor is here and if I cant get in I even go their urgent care. I always have great care here.
I'm one week from having outpatient salpingo oopherectomy at Cones Wesley Long cancer center, recovery time before driving, etc is one week. I find out that I am down to only 1 of my high blood pressure rx, amlopidine. I call my PCP office , Primary Care at Pomona and they refused to refill, or even give me any other options except to come in to be evaluated. My recent experience with this hospital has been outstanding! From being greeted by the security guard upon my arrival at the ER, to the office staff in Medical Records/Radiology, complete professionalism! Dr. Brown and the nurses were exceptional in providing my care, and dealing with my fear and pain that night! As one who "doesn't do doctors", I was truly blessed that night with individuals who respected my decisions and provided excellent emergency care to me. Thank you!

Chelle Jeffries , Dr Kristi Smith to name2 ! Awesome service and always with a smile ! Front desk help is always helpful and cheerful !
Worst people ever you will deal with. Most of the physicians here are extremely rude and unprofessional and most of the representatives here are very rude, helpless, unaware of process. This is why the ratings for a urgent care is 2.9 out of 5. I will give this place a 0. This place used to have many good physicians and nurses in the past. I have been going to this location from 5 years and they were a great unit.
