I’ve been here so far 4 hours and still haven’t seen a doctor, the nurses are complaining they haven’t gotten a break, the receptionists are frustrated, it took my nurse 3 tries just to take my blood and while I was in the waiting room I witness a man literally screaming and crying in agony for help and a nurse came out to tell him he still had to wait for a room. Horrible horrible!!! The staff needs to be trained to give empathy for those waiting. Empathy is not “I’m sorry you feel that way”. Who says that to sick hurting people who have been waiting for 5hrs or more???!!! The worst everrrr. It’s lady in here that had a heart attack earlier this year and is suffering from chest pains. She’s been in the waiting room since 530 and it’s midnight. What kind of emergency do you need to be seen in a timely manner? There is nothing you guys can do for a dead patient!!!!!!!!!
If you know what is good for you then stay far away from this practice. Dr Ferguson tells you one thing then does what he wants instead. He did a surgical procedure on me telling me that it would be a simple D&C to stop the bleeding that I was experiencing. He even said that I would probably go back to being my normal self after. I questioned wanting a hysterectomy and he said that was not needed at this time. During surgery he put in an IUD WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
