My grand daughter which is only 12 spent the day at AR. We do have insurance but treated poorly! Never was offered a gown not even when doing ultra sound, it never changes, no own care, I give this hospital A 0

I was at a class for diabetics. It was in the Grand Oaks building. It was a very good class and helped me a lot. Got 2 more to attend.

I have the greatest lung cancer doctor ever! Dr. Oaks is the very best! He cares about his patients & he makes sure you know everything about your condition & his plan on treating you. If you ever find yourself in need of his care. You can except nothing else than the best care around.

I go in and out of the hospital at times. So far, whether E.R. or in Drs offices, I have no complaints. During any time, I have always been treated with care and kindness.

This place should be shut down my daughter waited for 8 hrs to be seen and never saw a doctor she was to weak to drive. The staff is rude you don't care about any of the people that come for help. No one should be treated the way my daughter was.I wouldn't recommend this place to Satan the Devil.

The 1st part was a night mare. @ 2:00 we got a different dr. Things were better than.

Only rating it a 5 so it goes to the top i was beyond pissed off i come in at 10 pm and left at 6 am i have a little one i believe old ppl and babies should be see first that is some messed up crap having to wait that long
