Hospitals are full with flu cases but the ER staff did a horrible job at pain management for my mom who has broken hip and wrist. Aside from her laying in the ER, mostly in the hall, they let pain meds wear completely off instead of medicating ahead of pain. 18 hours since the fall and we are still waiting on Room assignment at Moses Cone.
The length of time you have to wait to be treated in their waiting room is ridiculous.. I have been seating here with a family member for several hours.. this is the second time I have been here with them and experienced the same thing. I would never come here for treatment but unfortunately we have to been our family member here because of their doctors. Something has to change to provide better care for their patients in a timely manner.
Horrible experience! We waited 5 hours and finally left. We were never seen other than check in and blood work. Waiting for a room that’s protocol to be seen by a doctor. Worst experience ever for our first ER visit in Greensboro in over 30 years. I would never recommend this ER.
this place is horrible have been waiting for 5 hours to b seen and in that time have witnessed the er staff b rude and hateful to elderly and handicap people who are seeking help I think the community should come together and do something about this place
yesterday I witnessed a employee get smart with another patient he's very rude and he needs to be fired his name was Christian
