Last night my son went to the hospital because of his eyes with something in them well the nurse didn't pay attention and put ear drops in my son eye!! This morning we woke up and his eyes were swollen and I notice what it said on the box this should have never happened armc seen him again this am different nurses and doctor and made stuff better with his eyes but this should have NEVER happened!!!!!!!

Waited 4 hours in the waiting room then 1 hour in the back for the Them to say here is pain meds sorry we can't drain fluid off your shoulder they said that they were going to do X-rays but never did. Went to my Dr after Christmas to find out my shoulder was out of place I would go to Mose Cone in Greensboro than here again

I am so thankful for the care and thoughtfulness of the doctors & staff while I was in the hospital. I couldn't have had better care.Thank you so much!

I have my own personal room here. .. I know all the nurses and doctors on a first name basics, and they know me. .. lol, they are always nice, friendly, kind, and speedy whether I come in with the EMT'S or straight walk in to the ER...

Horrible wait time and unmotivated staff talking about minimum 8hr wait time good thing I wasn't dying

Er waits are out of control especially with a 4 year old with croup and having a hard time breathing. Time to find a new ER for treatment of croup :/
