People are super super nice there. I’d recommend them to anyone.
They are the best when taking labs. I barely felt it and they open at 7:00 am. Very convenient. Very nice professional and polite and make you feel at ease. I was in High Point, not Kernersville.
Came in at 11 and waiting to be seen finally made it to the back only to be put in a hallway and ignored for an hour. I calmy asked what's going on why hasn't anyone so anything to me and the response i got was it's a shift change. Wtf is going on.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Workers acted like they didn’t want to be there
Just let me go in peace if you cannot get me to a better hospital. Cone Health System always has and still sucks.
