They don’t care about their patients and they’re very rude.. I’ve also seen & heard multiple nurses sitting and gossiping while the waiting area is packed & multiple empty rooms . They rather be on their phones , chatting with coworkers, making fun of patients or eating . This place is a JOKE!

Emergency department was night and day from other hospitals. My husband has a terminal condition - and the compassion of the staff was amazing. The ER nurses were so nice and caring. They let us know every step of the way what was next, what we are waiting on and what might happen... When he was admitted last night, the ER nurse called me to make sure I had his room number.
