Verified Renter I’ve lived at Concord for over a year and since I’ve lived here the elevators always having issues. Living on the higher floors (there are 18 floors here) it’s very problematic. I just renewed my lease and instead of offering some sort of concession for the ongoing issues they went up 10%.
Verified Renter Beautiful lobby, fantastic staff and great price. Apartments are modern with big windows. Plenty of amenities including a great pool and sauna.
Verified Renter Very nice all around. Love the 24 hour gym and like that I can reserve carts to make me and my girlfriend move easy. The area is very quiet as well.

Verified Renter One's experience at any apartment building depends highly on who the neighbors are, and the condition of the trash room on my floor has been consistently abysmal for a while now. Twenty-five apartments use one trash room, and a few people on my floor have little regard for others. I find trash on the floor, boxes that aren't broken down, and items in and around the recycling bins that are clearly trash. Verified Renter Great staff, great amenities, and great property! It is wonderful to have such an easy commute as well. This would be five stars if the elevators didn't keep going out and the parking garage was completed. Construction in the parking garage is still going after 15 months. It looks like they're getting close to finished.

Verified Renter This is a beautiful, welcoming community. If you have a maintenance request they take care of it immediately! We love that it’s very dog friendly. The only thing that would make this place better is a dog park. All other amenities are fantastic (gym, sauna, etc).

Verified Renter I have just moved to Concord. My first impression is good. I had all the support from the sales and marketing team and a warm welcome. We love the place but the only problem is the cars/train noise from my apartment.The windows should be double paned.
