Verified Renter I love living here! The concierge staff is always so courteous and treats everyone (including the pups) amazingly. Response times for maintenance requests are also pretty good, even if the problem is solved right away.

They are all so friendly and caring. I use the gym, sauna and pool a lot. Now they have coaches coming weekly and conducting fitness class. I’m glad I picked this spot to be my home.

Verified Renter This is a very good place to live in arlington are. It is not cheap but Apt is neat and clean. only problem is elevator is frequently going out of service otherwise it is best place.

Verified Renter Yes, the location is perfect for walking everywhere and such easy access to DC, I395, and other neighborhoods but it is the people at the Concord who make living here such a joy. Everyone from office staff, concierge staff, and maintenance staff are exceptional polite, professional, and care about the residents. The efforts they have made to create a welcoming community have not gone unnoticed.
