Verified Renter Yes, the location is perfect for walking everywhere and such easy access to DC, I395, and other neighborhoods but it is the people at the Concord who make living here such a joy. Everyone from office staff, concierge staff, and maintenance staff are exceptional polite, professional, and care about the residents. The efforts they have made to create a welcoming community have not gone unnoticed.

Verified Renter The community overall is nice. Great staffing at the concierge station. My first apartment was really nice. We lived there for 4 years. Moved to a bigger apartment, but it was not prepared at move-in and things are still in need of repair/replacement. The elevators are frequently out of order, due to water damage from summer 2022. Verified Renter We have been living at the Concord for over five years and love living here. From their friendly staff to the amenities make this place home. Very clean for the most part. It would be almost perfect if dog owners would walk their dog to the designated area for them so their business and not right out front on the flower pots.

Verified Renter Elevator issues have had a significant influence on my day to day life. The maintenance staff and front desk staff are awesome. Front office staff could use some improvement.
