Verified Renter Absolutely love living at Concord! You can definitely tell the people who work here care about the complex. Everyday they clean every floor, and make sure the parking garage is spotless! Shoutout to Miles which makes the entire complex with his charming personality!

The management and all staff are always doing events for all of the residents that allow us to meet the neighbors and interact. The community is always clean. The neighborhood is amazing for walking and safe. The best part of the Concord is the great staff. Keep up the good work

Verified Renter So far my experience at Concord has been okay. I decided to move to another Bozzuto property because my experience at my previous apartment was fantastic. Concord has not been as good as expected. Last week our dishwasher completely broke. It took maintenance a few days to respond to the request. We did get a brand new dishwasher which was nice but we were stuck hand washing dishes for over a week (which was extra unpleasant since this happened during the one week we had company staying with us). Verified Renter Perfect size apartments with big bathrooms, great counters, and nice having a balcony. Amenities are a tier above similar buildings in the area.
Verified Renter I’ve lived at Concord for over a year and since I’ve lived here the elevators always having issues. Living on the higher floors (there are 18 floors here) it’s very problematic. I just renewed my lease and instead of offering some sort of concession for the ongoing issues they went up 10%.
