Verified Renter One's experience at any apartment building depends highly on who the neighbors are, and the condition of the trash room on my floor has been consistently abysmal for a while now. Twenty-five apartments use one trash room, and a few people on my floor have little regard for others. Verified Renter Great staff, great amenities, and great property! It is wonderful to have such an easy commute as well. This would be five stars if the elevators didn't keep going out and the parking garage was completed. Construction in the parking garage is still going after 15 months. It looks like they're getting close to finished.

Verified Renter This is a beautiful, welcoming community. If you have a maintenance request they take care of it immediately! We love that it’s very dog friendly. The only thing that would make this place better is a dog park. All other amenities are fantastic (gym, sauna, etc).

Verified Renter I have just moved to Concord. My first impression is good. I had all the support from the sales and marketing team and a warm welcome. We love the place but the only problem is the cars/train noise from my apartment.The windows should be double paned.

I appreciate that the building takes all concerns seriously and they do their absolute best to address issues in a very timely manner. Verified Renter Wonderful so far! I've lived here a few days now. The leasing and concierge teams are full of lovely people who made our move-in process smooth. The wood floors are beautiful, not the ugly gray laminate you see at most places advertising "hardwood floors." Gorgeous view. Even this close to the airport, it's way quieter than living on a highway. I only notice a small amount of airport noise in the living room.
