Verified Renter We just signed our 4th year lease so clearly we are enjoying our resident experience. I appreciate that the building takes all concerns seriously and they do their absolute best to address issues in a very timely manner. Ms. Justine is the backbone of the building and is definitely a reason to continue being a resident at The Concord.

Verified Renter Wonderful so far! I've lived here a few days now. The leasing and concierge teams are full of lovely people who made our move-in process smooth. The wood floors are beautiful, not the ugly gray laminate you see at most places advertising "hardwood floors." Gorgeous view. Even this close to the airport, it's way quieter than living on a highway. I only notice a small amount of airport noise in the living room. Verified Renter Very good complex, quick to respond to issues! Staff is friendly and very communicative. Cost is OK for the area and very pet friendly. Events are also nice and frequent and front desk staff is always helpful.

Verified Renter The elevators continue to be an issue. Twice today I waited at least 5 mins for an elevator which is not great when you are trying to get your dog out. I saw other residents get frustrated and take the stairs. I would too if I didn’t have the dog. Both the service elevator and main elevators had long waits. I am wondering if only one elevator from the main group is running but we did not get any communications on that. It’s just the only one seems to arrive after the long waits.
