Experience has been okay except the elevator being... Experience has been okay except the elevator being out for months now. The front desk staff is very friendly, love Miles and Toni. The maintenance team is quick and efficient as well

Work from home? Do not move here Living in this apartment has been a horrendous experience. I work from home, and when looking to move, I specifically asked about noise levels and was assured that I would have a quiet space to live and work in. Fast forward several months, and seemingly out of nowhere, it was announced that a garage restoration project would be taking place. Terrible Management Stay Away The most terrible place I have ever stayed in my life. Constant problems ranging from noise to complete lack of elevators. They will tell you you are lucky to have the freight elevator working that is next to the garbage. Even with all the problems they won't let you break your lease without outrageous fees and they do not care about residence experience or satisfaction at all. Stay out of this building This past year living in this building has been an absolute nightmare. First of all, we specifically asked for a peaceful and silent apartment while touring and we were assured that is what we were going to get. I am a light sleeper and my spouse is a musician that needs to record, so silence is of the utmost importance. Just moved in and I'm loving it! Just moved in a few days ago and I'm already so impressed with the building, amenities and most importantly the staff. Everyone has made me feel right at home and has been so helpful as I transition to my new chapter here in VA.

Horribly managed Everything will fall apart. Everything’s is cheap and patched over. They charge an arm and a leg and have horrible service. They lost serveral packages of mine. And the first 6 months I lived there I was told I wasn’t getting mail because I just moved when I’m actuality I wasn’t getting mail because there was no name label on my units mail box. I didn’t get mail/bills for 6 months!!! I asked weekly why I wasn’t getting mail and the staff was so unhelpful that literally nobody knew why I wasn’t getting mail. ... read more

Terrible Management The property takes no responsibility about issues that might have caused to the residents. Even when they admit that they were wrong, they offer solutions that will only benefit the property and their revenue. Stay away if you don't want to get stressed.

Stay Away From Concord The management rarely returns calls or responds to emails and when you do get a response they dismiss and ignore your concerns. Your washer and dryer will run for hours. One load of laundry takes me 6 hours to wash and dry. Maintenance will take days and sometimes weeks to respond to your request. You cannot use your dryer and oven at the same time without setting off the smoke detector. If you want a quality standard of living, do not rent with Concord.

Pool The only reason I’m giving a one star is because of the swimming pool! It’s freezing and very uncomfortable to swim in! People rarely use it here ( always empty) because it’s not heated! I chose this building mostly because of the indoor pool which I can’t use! I will update this review in a couple of weeks and hopefully things change!!
