Verified Renter We have been happy here since 2020. We were a bit unhappy to see a larger rent increase this year compared to last year. We would also really like to see the courtyard be dog friendly. But other than that, we really appreciate the amenities and the quiet, beautiful spaces in the building. Plus, our apartment is very nice for a small one bedroom.

Verified Renter Everyone is so friendly and the whole building is always so clean. If there is ever even a minor inconvenience, we are notified in advance about it and are told when we can expect things to return to normal. Very courteous.

Verified Renter The events are so mid. For example the mgmt company holds breakfast and other “events” for the residents and only bring enough supplies or food for maybe 10-15 residents. On top of that now we have to pay for an amenity if we reserve the space, even though we paid an amenity fee when moving in?!! Tighten it up

Verified Renter Great, none sound proof doors makes it very easy to hear neighbors and I think the locks should be updated as well. It’s a beautiful apartment with amazing amenities. The elevator are very fast.
