Verified Renter I moved here just recently, but so far I loved it. The staff is super helpful and responsive. The building seems to be well maintained. I would recommend this complex for consideration for people looking for their new home.

Verified Renter Happy to give a 5-star rating! Any problems that arise are handled relatively quickly by the management team. Maintenance is truly the best. The weekday concierges (Justine and Miles) are professional, friendly, and keep the place running smoothly. Please bring back the fitness classes. I miss yoga and boot camp!

Verified Renter Going well. Not much to complain about -- only nitpicks. The aircon in the fitness center is an issue. Elevators aren't operational too frequently. Events are excellent and most welcome. Staff are great.

Verified Renter Well I’ve live at Concord for a few years so I think I have a pretty good idea about the community. Great walkability. It’s in a convenient location, whether you drive or take the metro to D.C. The concierge are so welcoming and a great help to everyone, especially Justyne and Miles. The on-site repair staff is amazing and responds in a timely fashion. The only problems would be the elevator frequently being out of order and the garage remodeling. Verified Renter Concord is a wonderful place to live! The staff are very responsive, kind and friendly. Maintenance is top notch - very quick and helpful! The amenities at Concord are delightful - especially the pool and areas to just chill. Location could not be better - you can literally walk to the airport!! I look forward to all of the new eateries that will open in National Landing as well - Concord is in a perfect position to enjoy all of it! Love it at Concord!
