Verified Renter Concord is great, but I’m not loving the parking arrangement. Having to transition elevators to get from a public garage, through the lobby, is less than optimal, especially with groceries.

Verified Renter It is a great apartment building, Maintenance is on point, and has amazing amenities. The residents sometimes are quick to call for noise complaints but all in all, it has been a great experience.

Verified Renter Definitely the best place I lived at thus far in the dmv area! Love the amenities and staff is always friendly. Our one bedroom apt is very spacious, neighbourhood is very safe and lots of walkable spots.

The maintenance staff are equally professional and courteous! I would love here again and again! I attended the Garden Party a few weeks ago and that further solidified my love for The Concord. The amenities are great and well maintained! The location to the airport, local dining, attractions, public transportation, and outdoor recreation is unmatched!

Verified Renter Life is excellent at Concord! Free coffee at the Leasing Office is a great touch; I take advantage of it daily, which is convenient for someone working from home. The building is excellent, but the best part is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful!
