Verified Renter I absolutely love everything about this community. The management and concierge are phenomenal. The neighbors are so welcoming. The maintenance staff are equally professional and courteous! I would love here again and again! I attended the Garden Party a few weeks ago and that further solidified my love for The Concord. The amenities are great and well maintained! The location to the airport, local dining, attractions, public transportation, and outdoor recreation is unmatched!

Verified Renter Life is excellent at Concord! Free coffee at the Leasing Office is a great touch; I take advantage of it daily, which is convenient for someone working from home. The building is excellent, but the best part is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful!

Verified Renter Happy to give a 5-star rating! Any problems that arise are handled relatively quickly by the management team. Maintenance is truly the best. The weekday concierges (Justine and Miles) are professional, friendly, and keep the place running smoothly. Please bring back the fitness classes. I miss yoga and boot camp!

Verified Renter Going well. Not much to complain about -- only nitpicks. The aircon in the fitness center is an issue. Elevators aren't operational too frequently. Events are excellent and most welcome. Staff are great.
