Called multiple times to have roof shingles that fell off replaced. Over 40k for roof, shingles should not be falling off. Spoke with ***** who said they were 4-6 weeks out. Did not get a repair date Keep calling and calls get sent to "production" answering machine. Tried leaving messages for *****, ******, and several with production. Our experience with Capital Construction was disappointing overall. From the initial sales proposal to start of construction the process and communication at the different steps was great. That stopped once construction started. We had two porches replaced. The first one was done well and quality was good. Then the subcontractor started changing the crew daily. Capital Construction put on a new roof and gutters. They showed up when scheduled. Worked until the work was done, three days in a row. They left the property as clean as when they started. Thank you, for a job well done. ****************
The workmanship was just ok. They made promises that they did not keep. The customer service was awful. No communication, no follow up, I ended up emailing the *** of the company to get any response to my questions. A terrible experience. I would never recommend them.
I dont like to post negative reviews but our patience has been exhausted with no end in sight. I cannot recommend Capital Construction. We contracted with them in May 2023 for an exterior paint job, gutters, and re-shingling a bulkhead. We are in month 5 with no communication or timeline for completion. The following jobs on our contract remain outstanding:1.Nails sticking out on the interior of our bulkhead, a safety hazard;2.No gutters installed on our house, which has lead to water leaking in our basement during this rain... read more
