There was a lot of mistakes.Cost were more than originally told The communication was horrible.Do not hire them. Very expensive.This is one of my biggest regrets in my life

We have not had our new walk-in shower installed yet, but expect it to be perfectly installed, and of excellent quality. We had a very positive experience with our sales person, *************************. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very patient. Hey gave us all the time we needed to make decisions. So far we have been very happy, and look forward to our new Jacuzzi bath remodel.

Very pleased with Capital Construction. While not the cheapest around, the roof is too critical to skimp on. Our salesperson spent two hours with us discussing every detail, measuring the roof carefully, checking in the attic for what he could see. The project itself went smoothly; the project manager, spent a lot of time on site ensuring that the work was progressing smoothly. I am very pleased with the quality of work completed by Capital Construction. Not only did they replace my roof, they had also aesthetically and physically improved the entire appearance of my 2 family house. This included new siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit wraparound, columns for the front door's overhang roof, and new security features- including all new electrical fixtures. A reliable firm committed to clear communication and customer satisfaction. House repairs can be complicated and breath-takingly expensive. Capital made an appreciable effort to complete the work quickly, affordably and according to the contract. ****** and **** made the experience work for me. The office staff communicated well. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive I researched. I am satisfied.

After a very bumpy 6 months, 2 project managers and numerous non-returned calls, we got a new project manager, a SPECTACULAR doubled-up crew and a high quality job on our siding. The guys were polite, competent, reviewed each concern with us and worked 12 hour days to start and finish our job. Site cleanup was done well on the last day, potty and dumpster removal were within a week. We are very pleased how it turned out. I dropped a star because of the ***** start. Quality was 5 stars.

In Aug 21, 2023, I signed a contract with Capital Construction (CC) to install 20 windows and vinyl side my house. Soon after, I received a brief introductory call from my project manager (PM). He never contacted me again. Window measurement was Sep 5, and I was told the wait was 5-7 weeks. After 2 months of silence, I called my PM, but his phone was disconnected, so I called the sales rep. ** Nov 3 I received a call from a new PM.
