***** is thorough, professional and didnt oversell the product. He knows his stuff and has a great personality to boot! I like how he took his time and made sure that all aspect of the siding were thoroughly explained
From the start this company was horrible. They contacted me through home advisor. I was only looking for quotes but made to feel if I didnt make a decision in that moment I would loose a great deal. Unfortunately I did not research them prior to consultation. I live in western mass which is outside their service area. From Day 1, Capital Construction was unprofessional. They would not give us a breakdown of our $70,000 bill and were very difficult to deal with. Most importantly, our 2-year-old deck is now puddling/pitting due to poor construction. The deck is not level. Also, there is no moisture barrier between the deck and joists: and our building permit was dated 2 months after the deck completion. Where is the inspection report? Nails, nails, nails! Still finding them!4 weeks after they finished our siding project we are still finding them. Unlike they state in their contract, they do NOT use tarps. The work crew does NOT use high powered magnets to clean your property. "Clean up" each evening was done in the dark with a leaf blower. Which is utterly ineffective and laughable but I wasn't laughing! Especially when their lack of professionalism forced us to go out each night in the dark with flashlights and pick up nails, screws, sharp pieces of debr... read more
