Capital Construction did an excellent job building a new 2 level trex deck on my house. Communication was a bit slow at times, but the final product is great, so alls well that ends well! There were a few minor touch-*** that I requested at the end of the project, and they were thorough in addressing my concerns so that I was fully satisfied.
Except for the building permit problems, this project (a 2nd floor deck replacement) went OK

I worked here at a call center supervisor. Quickly realized that nothing changed with management. Ended up leaving at 3 months and now they are lying to me and holding back my last check for my unused PTO and bonuses that I have proof we hit and they are telling me I didnt. I will be filing a motion with the BBB as well as **** of ****** Place is a complete fraud. Dont work here or get work done from them. Place should be shut down. Scammed me from my first bonus as well
Our project was to replace all siding throughout the house, along with windows and all miscellaneous items that go with completing an exterior renovation. Capital started the project strong, but our 6 week project quickly extended to 2.5+ months. There were significant gaps in communication between the site supervisor, on-site crew and project manager, leading to many miscommunications regarding project status and open items. Great job on roof repair project. Project Team and office staff very professional and helpful and responded immediately to all my questions.
From the first meeting to the job completion I couldn't ask for anything better. They did incredible work on the roof and gutter replacement. Not only does it look amazing, they walked me through every step and made it super easy. If I had any questions or worried about anything the project manager, ***********************, was available almost 24/7 and the team back in the office replied to emails and calls very quickly. The entire process was easy and the crew did an exceptional job on the siding and trim work. They cleaned up the job site each evening. I definitely plan on having them back for future work.
Quality work on new deck build. Team had great work ethic and were personable and helpful. ******* was responsive with great communication. Company answered all my questions and delivered within the timeframe I needed.
