Great work by them, very professional and great quality. A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.
CC came to look at my door replacement project on August 10, 2022. The sales person, ****, gave me a price of $12,000 to replace a back entry door. This was way overpriced in my mind. He did not give me any other option other than a Provia door and a Provia storm door, convincing me that this was the only door that would work. From this first meeting to the job completion I couldn't ask for anything better. They did incredible work tearing down and building a new deck. Not only does it look amazing, they walked me through every step and made it super easy. If I had any questions or worried about anything the project manager, ***********************, was available almost 24/7 and the team back in the office replied to emails and calls very quickly. I highly recommend.
Overall, they did a very nice job. There were a few lapses in communication, which could be improved, but the work was great.
Other than a couple of late communications, the project went very smoothly.
*************************** was a pleasure doing business because we did not feel pressured by him. He thoroughly assessed and explained the condition of our windows and siding and went extensively thru the estimate process and many warranties. He made my husband and me feel comfortable asking questions or to reexplain info. We felt comfortable having ******* in our home. Sincerely,The ******* Family
