The workmanship was just ok. They made promises that they did not keep. The customer service was awful. No communication, no follow up, I ended up emailing the *** of the company to get any response to my questions. A terrible experience. I would never recommend them.
I dont like to post negative reviews but our patience has been exhausted with no end in sight. I cannot recommend Capital Construction. We contracted with them in May 2023 for an exterior paint job, gutters, and re-shingling a bulkhead. We are in month 5 with no communication or timeline for completion. The following jobs on our contract remain outstanding:1.Nails sticking out on the interior of our bulkhead, a safety hazard;2.No gutters installed on our house, which has lead to water leaking in our basement during this rain... read more

Capital replaced our wooden shingles with vinyl. There were some small issues with the work and a few things needed to be re-done. Working with our project manager was easy / no stress and he stood behind us - which made those difficult conversations much easier. The crews worked very hard (past dark) and were very professional and courteous. Nothing but lies and deceit from day one! A siding job on a small home that was promised to take 2-3 weeks *** started in April and finished the end of July! We were unable to use our yard or driveway for 4 months! There comment, thats construction for you. Communication was poor, we had 3 different site managers. We were sold ****** and not one piece of material was ******. Debris was left in our neighbors boat which we had to clean. Saw ad on tv. Called and met with rep. ******* Started with just the walkin shower, then decided to do the entire bathroom over. ****** took all the measurements for everything, walkin shower, toilet, cabinet, etc. Excellent job. Installers came and did it all. Bathroom is beautiful, a 2023 look.Cant say how happy my wife and I were when completed. Want to say thank you so much to rep. ****** and to Capital for a nice clean job. Well done

The ******* team was very professional and courteous. I was so impressed by the way they cleaned up my yard and the neighbors yard, they took short lunches and worked long hours, especially when I saw them working through heavy rains ??, at least three times. I will recommend this team to anyone needing a roof.
Capital did an outstanding job riffing my house. Roof was 20 years old and had buckled in a couple places. Needed to replace 2 plywood sheets. Material used top quality. Proj mgmt (************) was great, responsive, communicated well, proactive. The roofing team was great especially in the 90f temps with dew points over 70. Hard workers, quality work. Excellent cleanup. You can find someone cheaper but not with the quality. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience having my roof replaced with Capital Construction from start to finish! The estimate and contract process was smooth and informative with no high-pressure sales. They went above and beyond with clear communication, keeping me informed every step of the way between signing the contract and having the work done. The crew worked long hours on a very hot day to get ******* done in one single day and cleaned up beautifully. I would gladly work with this company again.
