From this first meeting to the job completion I couldn't ask for anything better. They did incredible work tearing down and building a new deck. Not only does it look amazing, they walked me through every step and made it super easy. If I had any questions or worried about anything the project manager, ***********************, was available almost 24/7 and the team back in the office replied to emails and calls very quickly. I highly recommend.
Overall, they did a very nice job. There were a few lapses in communication, which could be improved, but the work was great.
Other than a couple of late communications, the project went very smoothly.
*************************** was a pleasure doing business because we did not feel pressured by him. He thoroughly assessed and explained the condition of our windows and siding and went extensively thru the estimate process and many warranties. He came to my house to look at my roof and give me a proposal for doing the work.***** was very thorough and explained everything they would be doing. I have never worked with a construction company before and working with Capital Construction was a great experience. I liked the presentation that the salesman gave. It was very informative and there was no pressure. I was concerned being a single women with no experience. They started a day early, which surprised me and worked through the over 90 degree temps.
