Five stars! We're very happy with the outcome of the siding project. High quality workmanship, precision fit and integration of the components, the team took extra care about the details.
I worked here at a call center supervisor. Quickly realized that nothing changed with management. Ended up leaving at 3 months and now they are lying to me and holding back my last check for my unused PTO and bonuses that I have proof we hit and they are telling me I didnt. I will be filing a motion with the BBB as well as **** of ****** Place is a complete fraud. Dont work here or get work done from them. Place should be shut down. Scammed me from my first bonus as well
Our project was to replace all siding throughout the house, along with windows and all miscellaneous items that go with completing an exterior renovation. Capital started the project strong, but our 6 week project quickly extended to 2.5+ months. There were significant gaps in communication between the site supervisor, on-site crew and project manager, leading to many miscommunications regarding project status and open items. Great job on roof repair project. Project Team and office staff very professional and helpful and responded immediately to all my questions.
From the first meeting to the job completion I couldn't ask for anything better. They did incredible work on the roof and gutter replacement. Not only does it look amazing, they walked me through every step and made it super easy. If I had any questions or worried about anything the project manager, ***********************, was available almost 24/7 and the team back in the office replied to emails and calls very quickly. The entire process was easy and the crew did an exceptional job on the siding and trim work. They cleaned up the job site each evening. I definitely plan on having them back for future work.
Quality work on new deck build. Team had great work ethic and were personable and helpful. ******* was responsive with great communication. Company answered all my questions and delivered within the timeframe I needed.
Great work by them, very professional and great quality. A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.
CC came to look at my door replacement project on August 10, 2022. The sales person, ****, gave me a price of $12,000 to replace a back entry door. This was way overpriced in my mind. He did not give me any other option other than a Provia door and a Provia storm door, convincing me that this was the only door that would work.
