After a very bumpy 6 months, 2 project managers and numerous non-returned calls, we got a new project manager, a SPECTACULAR doubled-up crew and a high quality job on our siding. The guys were polite, competent, reviewed each concern with us and worked 12 hour days to start and finish our job. Site cleanup was done well on the last day, potty and dumpster removal were within a week. We are very pleased how it turned out. I dropped a star because of the ***** start. Quality was 5 stars.

In Aug 21, 2023, I signed a contract with Capital Construction (CC) to install 20 windows and vinyl side my house. Soon after, I received a brief introductory call from my project manager (PM). He never contacted me again. Window measurement was Sep 5, and I was told the wait was 5-7 weeks. Called multiple times to have roof shingles that fell off replaced. Over 40k for roof, shingles should not be falling off. Spoke with ***** who said they were 4-6 weeks out. Did not get a repair date Keep calling and calls get sent to "production" answering machine. Tried leaving messages for *****, ******, and several with production. Our experience with Capital Construction was disappointing overall. From the initial sales proposal to start of construction the process and communication at the different steps was great. That stopped once construction started. We had two porches replaced. The first one was done well and quality was good. Then the subcontractor started changing the crew daily.
