Came out to give a quote for a deck tear down and reconstruction. Gave a 2 hr high pressure sales pitch and then quoted us almost triple what the average cost is for the area. Original quote was $68,000. Pressured us to sign that day, with financing. When we said no, they argued that we could just finance. We said we don't do financing as we don't like to take on debt. My project was a total roof replacement approx. 40 squares. Throughout the whole project from initial consultation to completed installation Capital Construction Contracting was professional in the way they treated me . Their services were a bit pricey, but was made up by the service I received from them. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner especially their sales representative who would reply to my text late in the night.
