Go and speak to a salesperson about Honda. Great deals on 2018 remaining models. I recommend Mike Mitchener. He is so knowledgeable and kind.

finance guy said if I dont take the gap insurance then he will not lower my interest rate. I took the gap insurance and he lowered my interest rate. only because we were there for 6 hours and ready to go. I am quite sure that was illegal and a very unprofessional way to strong arm me into purchasing a product i did not need or want.

I drove an hour to look at a used 2015 odyssey. I get there and the car doesn't start. After waiting around, they get the car to start. Sweet. Then the remotes don't work. My husband tests drives the car and is still interested. We make an offer. Then there's confusion over whether the offer was accepted (seriously). My husband and I both heard it was but the paperwork was written up at the original price. He then tells us they're firm on the price... haha. I bought a car from them it was a good car and I do like it but they talked me into running my credit when I was already pre-approved by my bank and said “Oh we use them and we will just run it though them” what a lie they ran my credit 5 times!!!! My credit score dropped because or there lies to make a extra buck!!!

Terrible experience coming here tonight. I was “greeted” by some bald salesman wearing a blue Honda shirt, Khaki shorts and a ball cap with a goatee. He was holding a cup of coffee walking out as I was walking in. It was 8:45 pm and I was questioning an Odyssey on the sales lot. I didn’t ask him a million questions, just one as I knew they were closing in 15 minutes and he told me that they wouldn’t be getting any more deals done tonight and instead of helping me find the answer to my question, he told me to look on my phone... read more

I lost my key for Honda Civic Karen in customer service helped me get the car towed to dealer to program new keys. She went above & beyond with information and service. If all of the employees there are anything near what Karen is they have the absolute best service

Looking for a used Honda 15-20k and In order to view the prices online you have to give them your info and someone will contact you lol smh. Oak lawn honda it is..
