I have had some bad experiences here and if it were not for Service Advisor Steve S. I would not go here. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best possible care for my Honda. When I say I can't afford something he doesn't push it and he always tells me how serious something is or if it can wait. I think their labor charges are ridiculous and most of porters are rude but I do trust their work and they are close to home which is necessary for me. Years ago I loved Community Honda, but it has gone down hill badly. I have driven Hondas for more than 20 years but I might be done with Honda because of Community.

Friends please beware of Community Honda in Orland Park -- the service department was advised to call before doing some work on our car -- it's in writing. But because when we dropped it off we signed the bottom of their form they say it authorized the work to get done they then call 20 min before they close with an insane amount due from us -- we ask for a manager and there is not one until Monday morning they say if we want to talk with them we should leave our car there and come back then --- please be careful !!! I love the services department but I hate the sales department. Steve Surma is great!! Very knowledgeable and passionate about the customer General Sales Manager, Terry Keenan is rude, disrespectful toward his staff and potential Community Honda customers. The sales team are great but Terry Keenan leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I would like to say that the people at community Honda absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty. They open their doors at 9 o'clock when they close and took care of me and my wife and with our car problem. They were also able to get us a rental car of the same type that the one we dropped off. I have to say that regardless of the issue that my car is having their service was outstanding and a lot more than what I expected kudos guys really appreciate it

It was excellent. Friendly people and made us very comfortable throughout the visit. They kept apologizing for the wait but we didn't sense we were waiting too long. We also appreciated that we felt very comfortable with our discussions. Great people !! Thanks to Bob and ( Brad ?? - signature guy). Both wonderful.
